Sales Sr. Manager, Broadline Foodservice at OLIPOP

Manages strategic relationships with large broadline food distributors and contract foodservice customers to drive sales and business growth.

What this role involves

ABOUT OLIPOP

At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious, refreshing, and actually good for you.

This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.

Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.

The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.

In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we’re committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.

So join us, and let’s write a new American soda story together. One we can all feel good about. One OLIPOP at a time.

HOW WE WORK

We may be fully remote, but we’re anything but disconnected. OLIPOP has grown from a few passionate people around a table to a nationwide team, and we’ve done it without losing our collaborative spirit or sense of purpose.

Connection here is intentional. From cross-functional projects and IRL offsites to thoughtful Slack threads and spontaneous gifs, we make the effort to stay close, even across time zones. Sure, we move quickly, but we lead with trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to doing work that matters.

We value thoughtful debate. We give feedback with care and receive it with curiosity, knowing that real growth, both personal and collective, comes from listening as much as leading. Because at OLIPOP, it’s not just about getting things done. It’s about growing together, staying true to what matters, and building something with lasting impact.

WHAT WE VALUE

At OLIPOP, our values aren’t just posters on a wall. They shape how we show up: for each other, for our customers, and for the mission we’re chasing together.

  • Mission Connectivity: Everything we do ladders up to our shared goal: supporting human health. Whether launching a new flavor or conducting clinical research, the mission stays front and center.
  • Indomitable Spirit: When things get messy, we get inventive. We stay curious, adapt quickly, and find the path forward, most likely with a dedicated Slack thread and a beautifully overbuilt deck.
  • Lead at Every Level: Leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about ownership. We speak up, follow through, and lift each other up. If you’ve got ideas and initiative, you’ve got influence.
  • Courageous Humility: We’re confident in what we bring and curious about what we don’t know (yet). We give feedback with care, take it with grace, and know that real growth takes both.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Success at OLIPOP doesn’t come from checking boxes; it comes from living our values, staying curious, and finding energy in both the pace and the purpose. We’re building something big, and we’re looking for people who:

  • Think big, move fast, and take thoughtful risks
  • Thrive in a high-performance, feedback-rich environment
  • Value real human connection and honest collaboration
  • Are fired up by building something new, and making it better every day

Startup life at OLIPOP is equally fun and fast-paced. If you’re energized by a dynamic environment, eager to grow, and excited to help shape something meaningful from the inside out, OLIPOP is a one-of-a-kind ride.

What this role involves

About DevRev

At DevRev, we’re building the future of work with Computer – your AI teammate. Unlike traditional tools, Computer unifies all your data sources, tools, and workflows into a single AI-ready platform, giving employees real-time insights, proactive suggestions, and powerful agentic actions. It extends your existing software with AI-native apps and agents that work alongside your teams and customers – updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and eliminating repetitive work. We call this Team Intelligence: human-AI collaboration that breaks down silos, brings people back together, and frees you to solve bigger problems. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries.

About the role

DevRev’s Technology Alliances team partners with the most important AI and cloud platforms in the world — AWS, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, Salesforce, and more — to create joint value with our customers.

We’re hiring Business Development Managers to work closely with these partners and accelerate GTM by driving pipeline generation and co-sell opportunities. You’ll work hand-in-hand with DevRev’s Tech Alliances team and these tech partners to build joint go-to-market motions, co-create pipeline with our partners, and bring DevRev sellers and partner sellers together to accelerate opportunities to close. This is a field-facing, revenue-oriented role that sits at the seam between DevRev’s sales organization and our partner ecosystem.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with DevRev’s Tech Alliances team to design and run joint go-to-market motions with our technology partners.

  • Co-build pipeline with partners — source and develop joint opportunities through co-sell, marketplace, and joint account planning.

  • Bring DevRev sellers and partner (Tech Alliance) sellers together on live deals, aligning both sides to accelerate opportunities through the funnel.

  • Drive account mapping and joint account planning between DevRev and partner field teams in your region.

  • Represent DevRev in partner field forums, co-sell reviews, and regional GTM motions.

  • Localize partner GTM strategy to your geography — accounting for the regional customer base, partner landscape, and field team structure.

  • Report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and on the health of the joint seller relationships you own.

What you bring

  • 8-12 years of experience in business development, alliances, partner/channel sales, or co-sell — ideally in SaaS, cloud, or AI.

  • Techno-business acumen: comfortable in both the commercial and the technical conversation with sellers, partners, and customers.

  • Established relationships with partner field/sales teams in your region a strong plus.

  • Region-based (Palo Alto or New York), able to travel across the geography for partner and customer engagements.

DevRev is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.

Sales Senior Physician Liaison at Clarify Health Solutions

Build relationships with healthcare providers, guide them through data-driven improvements, and coach internal teams on change management and best practices.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Clarify Health’s enterprise analytics platform empowers providers to deliver better care to patients through actionable insights. With industry-leading statistical modeling and machine learning, Clarify Health harnesses the power of the most comprehensive longitudinal dataset in the US by linking clinical, claims, prescription, lab, and social determinants of health data across over 300 million lives.

Clarify is looking for a motivated and experienced SeniorPhysician Liaisonwho can flex between executing as a frontline liaison while also serving as a coach and trainer who builds capability within a customer’s own liaison team.

This is a player/coach role. You’ll carry your own territory when the engagement calls for it, and you’ll develop others when the customer is building their own team. The common thread is driving sustained behavior change among providers through Clarify’s change management approach and data-driven insights.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • You’ve been in the field. You have deep experience working directly with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical staff (physician liaison, provider relations, pharma sales, or practice transformation)

  • You understand that changing practice patterns requires more than sharing data; it requires diagnosing readiness, building trust, and meeting people where they are

  • You’re a natural teacher. You’ve coached, mentored, or trained others and get energy from watching someone you’ve developed succeed independently

  • You think in terms of “what motivates this person” and naturally tailor your approach to different audiences

  • You can shift gears between “doing the work” and “teaching someone else to do the work” without losing effectiveness in either mode

  • You have a passion for value-based care and for using technology-enabled insights to deliver higher-value, more efficient care

  • You embrace change as an opportunity to learn and you believe diversity of thought improves outcomes

The Role

Provider Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with assigned providers (physicians, practice administrators, and staff)

  • Conduct regular interactions (both virtual and in-person) to review performance, co-develop improvement plans, and address barriers to change

  • Guide providers through Clarify’s change management approach

  • Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for assigned providers, representing their needs and perspectives internally

Provider Education & Enablement

  • Engage with practice administration, staff and providers to support workflow improvement, education and awareness on value-based care program requirements, quality measures, and performance incentives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve barriers that may inhibit provider adoption

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Leverage Clarify’s platform to identify high-opportunity practices, monitor referral patterns, and track behavior change indicators

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives tailored to each provider and/or practice

Documentation & Engagement Tracking

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, change stage assessments, and engagement activities in CRM (Salesforce)

  • Monitor progress on initiatives, track leading indicators of behavior change, and adjust engagement strategies based on results

  • Provide regular reporting on territory performance, behavior change trends, and forecasted impact

Coaching & Training

  • Conduct ride-alongs and joint visits with customer liaisons, providing real-time observation, modeling, and constructive feedback

  • Assess customer liaison readiness and skill gaps; develop individualized coaching plans that build competency over time

  • Design and deliver training that enable a customer’s liaison team to execute Clarify’s engagement playbooks, utilization of insights, change management approach and CRM documentation

  • Monitor success metrics for customer liaison teams and report on capability development progress

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement playbooks and training curricula based on field experience and outcomes data

What we are looking for

We are always looking for new team members who will be a solid fit with our culture and have a strong passion for impact.  In particular, the Physician Liaison will have:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a direct provider-facing role (physician liaison, provider relations, pharma sales, practice transformation, or network management)

  • Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or training others in a professional setting; formal management experience is a plus but not required

  • Proven ability to establish trust and credibility through partnership-oriented, non-transactional engagement with physicians and practice staff

  • Proficiency in interpreting healthcare utilization data, cost trends, referral patterns, and quality metrics; comfortable working with analytics platforms and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to translate complex data into compelling, provider-specific narratives; comfortable presenting to both clinical and administrative audiences

  • Experience developing training content, talk tracks, or engagement approaches for field teams

  • Ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize activities, and drive results with minimal supervision

  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), analytics platforms, and structured engagement tools

  • Willingness to leverage AI-powered tools and insights to enhance engagement preparation, analysis, and strategy development

Personal Attributes

  • Player/coach mindset: equally comfortable executing in the field and developing others to do the same

  • Consultative approach with genuine desire to help providers and customer teams succeed

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to read interpersonal dynamics, adapting your approach in real time

  • Strong work ethic and accountability for both territory performance and team development outcomes

  • Collaborative team player who shares knowledge, effective tactics, and best practices across engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, MSN)

  • Practice operations or practice transformation experience

  • Exposure to change management methodologies or behavioral science concepts

  • Experience with ACO operations, Medicare Shared Savings Program, or commercial value-based care contracts

  • Familiarity with healthcare analytics platforms

Location & Travel

Senior Physician Liaisons will ideally be located within or near assigned market territories. Candidates outside of priority regions who are willing to travel extensively will be considered.

What we offer you

  • Competitive compensation (base, bonus, + equity)
  • Quality health insurance
  • Traditional 401K plan
  • Vision, dental, disability, and life insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts and Commuter Benefits
  • Generous PTO
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend
  • Remote friendly
  • A collaborative workplace, which will challenge you and celebrate your work
  • A chance to learn with and from interesting and enthusiastic colleagues

$135,000 - $160,000 a year

Don’t meet every single requirement? At Clarify, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles!

We believe that a happy, diverse, and impact-driven team is critical to our mission of

transforming healthcare. Having a diverse team allows us to bring more ideas to the table when

working on lighting the path to higher-value care. We embrace employees and applicants of all

backgrounds, including those of traditionally underrepresented groups. With this in mind, we do

Sales Outreach Associate (Outbound) at Handspring Health

Builds relationships with school mental health professionals through outbound outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns to drive referrals to Handspring's virtual mental health clinic.

Junior Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Today, 1 in 5 children in the U.S. has a diagnosable mental health disorder, yet about half who need care never receive it. Handspring is a virtual mental health clinic for children, young adults, and families, and we’ve set out to rebuild this system from the ground up. We’re a team of diverse, mission-driven people dedicated to making quality mental healthcare accessible to every young person and their family.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Outreach Associate to grow the referral channel that brings families to Handspring.

We’ve cared for more than 4,000 families, and most found us the same way: through a referral from someone they trust, most often a mental health professional at their child’s school.

That’s where you come in. Your job is to build relationships with the school mental health professionals who guide families to care. You’ll get Handspring in front of them and turn the ones who believe in our work into active referral partners. You won’t be starting from zero. We’ve built relationships with these professionals through the years, and you’ll have real assets to work with.

This is a doing job. The day-to-day is outbound work: research, email, phone calls, and persistence, and some of it is grunt work. The best person for it is self-directed, resourceful, and relentless about follow-through. We expect this role to grow with the channel, and we’ll invest in making that happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and run outbound. Build targeted lists of school mental health professionals, run cold sequences, and own deliverability end to end.

  • Own the messaging. Create cold sequences, event campaigns, reminder flows, follow-up, and nurture, with copy tailored to the person reading it.

  • Pick up the phone. Cold call prospective referral partners. Many of our best relationships will never start over email.

  • Work every channel. Run outreach across relevant platforms, using automation thoughtfully where it makes sense.

  • Fill the room. Drive registrations and attendance for our clinical webinar trainings, then follow up with attendees to identify the most promising referral partners.

  • Convert interest into relationships. Book conversations with our clinical team, help set up dedicated trainings, and stay engaged with active referral partners.

  • Test and learn. Develop and test new ways to engage prospective referral partners, from offers and resources to outreach materials, then use the results to refine what works.

  • Build the playbook. Partner with the Head of Growth to document what works so it runs without heroics.

You’ll own clear metrics across outreach, event attendance, and referral partner activation.

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years in outbound, BDR/SDR, demand gen, or growth, hands-on with Instantly, Clay, Outreach, Smartlead, Apollo, or comparable tooling. What matters most is that you’ve built something you can point to, not a dashboard you monitored.

  • Both email and phone. You can write a sequence that gets replies and pick up the phone the same afternoon. Strong writers who won’t dial, and strong dialers who won’t write, will struggle here.

  • Copywriting you’re proud of. What converted matters far more than what got opened.

  • Real research instinct. You like the puzzle of figuring out how an organization actually works and who inside it can say yes.

  • Care for the work. You can talk about youth mental health with the care it deserves.

Why Join Handspring

  • A mission that matters. Half the young people who need mental health care never receive it, and every referral you generate makes it easier for a family to find care.

  • Real ownership, and a full view. You’ll run this channel alongside the Head of Growth, working closely with our clinical and operations teams and seeing how the whole business fits together.

  • A clear path forward. For the right person this is a launchpad, and we’ll treat it that way as the channel grows.

Position Details

  • This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates anywhere in the US.

  • The base salary is $60,000-$65,000, plus a performance bonus of $20,000 at target and up to $25,000 for strong performance.

  • Includes equity.

  • Benefits

    • Generous PTO: 15 days (year 1), 20 days (year 2), 25 days (year 3 and after).

    • 7 paid flex days per year, primarily intended for sick time, though up to 3 may be used for religious holidays, volunteering, or other personal needs.

    • 12 paid company holidays.

    • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
