Position Overview

The Merchandising Representative will report to the Regional Manager and should possess sales qualities, serving as a true ambassador for the Celsius brand across our distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores.

They will be responsible for marketing Celsius products by means of new floor displays/signage and scheduling demos to attract customers and ensure that shelf space is properly managed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
  • Call on target accounts
  • Speak with Manager to sell in PDQ's, displays/end cap placement in store
  • Communicate sales leads and other incremental opportunities to Celsius territory manager
  • Expand product distribution as approved by the store manager within the guidelines of the account type
  • Ensure that account shelves, cold vault and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow
  • Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, warm shelf according to account guidelines. (Independent, chain, etc.)
  • Place point of sales materials as approved by account manager
  • Participate in new store openings and store reset support
  • Take pictures; include photos with reporting documents weekly
  • Conduct demos upon request
  • Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to help execute weekly /monthly planning
  • Communication as needed with territory sales manager/district manager/regional manager
  • Make 15-20 account calls per day
  • Track and complete all account calls within the Celsius sales app
  • Submit weekly work logs including mileage
  • Other records or documentation as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising. Prior experience in merchandising a plus
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work flexible hours, 40 hr. work week (Wednesday - Sunday)

Position Summary

The National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales is responsible for driving specification activity, commercial project development, revenue growth, and market share across the company's Architectural & Design (A&D) and Commercial Sales channels.

This leadership role oversees a team of A&D and Commercial channel managers and is responsible for coaching, performance management, pipeline development, forecasting, and execution of strategic sales initiatives. The position works closely with the National Accounts Manager and National Accounts Sales Team to support national account growth and maximize project opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with experience in specification-driven selling and commercial project development. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase specification activity, commercial project opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Drive sales performance and market penetration across assigned territories and target market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders, general contractors, and key commercial decision-makers.

Salary Range

The anticipated total compensation range for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000, which includes a base salary and an incentive bonus opportunity. Base compensation within this range is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

Location: Remote – Candidates must reside in MA, IL, NY/NJ, NC, or FL and live within reasonable commuting distance of a major airport. Frequent national travel required (50–70%).

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience within commercial building products, surfacing materials, architectural products, stone, tile, flooring, cabinetry, or related industries.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont : $132,192.00 - $165,240.00.
  • Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $139,536.00 - $174,420.00.
  • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $146,880.00 - $183,600.00.
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
  • This role is eligible to earn commissions.

As a BDR (Business Development Rep) you will be trained in all aspects of the products and solutions that we sell to the commercial real estate market. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth across EMEA and North America.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and core sales KPIs.

Your one and only metric that matters? Growing qualified pipeline. Not booking random calls, not hitting arbitrary activity metrics—real, qualified pipeline growth.

To win in this role, you must be AI-fluent. Not “I use it occasionally to rewrite an email” fluent. We mean daily-driver fluent. Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity are core engines of your workflow. Through Samsara’s ADR program, there are always opportunities to move to the next level and take on more responsibility during the program and beyond—those who work hard to grow quickly will have the opportunity to advance their careers.   • The next level in the program is ADR II, where our representatives work on top of funnel movement, creating high quality sales engagements, and supporting our Account Executives. Along with the leap into outbound work, those at the ADR II level are continually exposed to learning opportunities and enrolled in specialized trainings including professional writing, persona based messaging, , cold calling 2.0, and collaboration and communication with Account Executives. After building their skills in outbound sales and earning sales certifications, our representatives graduate to the final level of the program.

  • The highest level within our organization is ADR III. These ADRs work hand-in-hand with field Account Executives and Enterprise Regional Sales Managers at Samsara. They partner closely on large accounts, implementing detailed territory plans, participating in weekly strategy meetings, and scheduling and attending customer demos. Additionally, ADR IIIs partake in a mentorship program to learn from leadership on the Account Executive team who provide exposure and training ahead of their interview for an Account Executive position.

Strategic Account Executives (AEs) are responsible for developing the next wave of Twilio’s new customers.
